These sessions are designed to promote the mental and physical wellbeing of our communities. Open to everyone - no membership required—they offer a welcoming environment for all who wish to participate. Our activities include Open Water Dipping/Swimming and Cycling, providing a variety of ways to stay active and connected.
Open Water Dipping
Ever fancied trying open water dipping? Why not come along to one of our sessions on Friday mornings and give it a try. Run by a qualified coach, you will be in safe hands.
These sessions are set up to support the mental and physical wellbeing of our communities.

Trail Cycling
Do you want to begin or return to cycling?
We are offering free sessions* thanks to funding from ‘The Big Bike Revival’, which has a vision to make cycling accessible to everyone.
The sessions will take place around the lake and on the transpennine trail - all equipment will be provided (bike, helmet & jacket). Run by a qualified coach, you will be in safe hands.
